SnapAV specializes in the development and sale of branded audio-visual products for the professional AV installation trade. Based on analysis of years of customer transaction data, O’Keefe Brands developed a comprehensive customer segmentation based on customer tenure, frequency of purchase, and category of products purchased.
Now we’re developing a customer contact strategy that will be executed by e-mail. We’re testing offers, messaging and message source (who the e-mail comes from). The e-mail campaign includes a variety of new customer welcome messages, dormant customer reactivation, new product introductions and merchandise clearance promotions.
Next up is a series of instructional, how-to and product category overview videos that will be deployed on their website and via e-mail.
