Dennis Duffy is a respected marketing communications leader with deep roots in the areas of direct marketing and customer loyalty. He’s been an operating committee member on the DMA’s Retail Marketing Council and case study editor for the Journal of Consumer Marketing.

In addition to writing dozens of articles on direct, database and loyalty marketing, he authored a book (Loyalty Unplugged, 2002) that demystified loyalty marketing and was so popular in Brazil that it was translated into Portuguese. Dennis has spoken at conferences around the world on topics ranging from customer retention to effective leadership.

As partner and CEO at O’Keefe Brands, Dennis works with clients to develop and implement effective and measurable marketing solution for clients. His experience includes work with clients including Blockbuster Entertainment, Radio Shack, Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, US Airways, and Bank of America.

Prior to joining O’Keefe Brands, Dennis spent considerable time in a private consulting practice, served as President & CEO of Cadmus Direct Marketing (later known as The Convergency), and was a Senior Vice President with Burson-Marsteller.
